Quartz Member Alert
If you’re impacted by the HSHS closures, we’re here to help.
We’re here to help
We know some of you may be affected by recent news of the western Wisconsin HSHS hospitals and clinics closing, so we’re here to make sure you – our valued Quartz members – know that we’re still here with in-network options available to you in your area.
Emergency care: Most importantly, Quartz covers emergency care—anywhere! So, if you have an emergency, don’t hesitate. Seek immediate care at the nearest emergency room knowing Quartz has you covered.
Primary and specialty care: OakLeaf clinics are in-network and within the Eau Claire area. If you currently see an OakLeaf provider, nothing needs to change. If not – and if you’re impacted by the HSHS closures – we encourage you to consider an OakLeaf clinic as a new care option. Click here for more information about OakLeaf clinics. We also partner with Gundersen Health System to offer in-network care.
Surgery and procedure care: If you have an upcoming surgery or procedure scheduled at one of the closing hospitals or clinics, please call the hospital or clinic directly to discuss next steps and potential transition of care options.
You can also use our online Find A Doctor tool to search for care options by specialty, facility, doctor name, and location.
