Our networks feature integrated health systems including UW Hospital and Clinics, UnityPoint Health – Meriter, Gundersen Health System, and Aurora Health Care.

Our Service Area

Our service area represents the counties where we offer Quartz products. In all the communities we serve, our unique collaboration between health plans and the health care providers creates a smarter, more efficient, and accessible system of health care.

UW Health

• Direct access to more than 1,700 physicians at seven hospitals and more than 80 outpatient sites with no referrals needed
• Assistance through the UW Health Welcome Center to help new members choose a primary care provider and transition their care to UW Health
• Access to UW Hospital – Wisconsin’s #1 Hospital

Gundersen Health System

• A comprehensive healthcare network, including one of the nation’s largest multi-specialty group medical practices
• A teaching hospital with 325 beds and a Level II Trauma and Emergency Center
• Located throughout western Wisconsin, northeastern Iowa, and southeastern Minnesota, caring for patients in 22 counties

Aurora Health Care

Nationally recognized, Aurora Health Care is a nonprofit health care provider serving 30 communities in eastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Their reputable network includes 16 hospitals, more than 150 clinics, and 70 pharmacies.

UnityPoint Health-Meriter

• Seven convenient primary care locations in Dane County, including Madison, Middleton, Fitchburg, Stoughton, Monona, and DeForest-Windsor
• Access to UnityPoint Health–Meriter in Madison, a 448-bed community hospital providing a complete range of medical and surgical services
