Who Are My Participating Providers?

You can find a list of participating providers (doctors, hospitals, and other health care facilities) by going to QuartzBenefits/FindADoctor (select the Quartz One network). To print a directory from Find a Doctor, select the “Show Printable List” icon and then answer the question “Medicare Select Network” with “Yes.”
